From our online boutique, PLEIN PUBLIQUE develops a women's collection featuring sustainable future classics full of joie de vivre – created with love & respect for women and the world. In addition to developing beautiful items, we donate 1% of our revenue back to nature.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a logistics all-rounder to help keep operations running smoothly.

YOUR JOB
As a Logistics Office Manager, you are the linchpin of our organization when it comes to goods being purchased and arriving. You ensure that everything is processed efficiently, manage inventory, and support the team with administrative processes. Your analytical mind helps us work smarter and grow.

In concrete terms, this means that you: 

• Coordinate and administratively process orders and deliveries
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Optimize and improve logistics processes
• Process returns online
• Handle general office management tasks (planning, administration, facilities)
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Someone fun! Because so are we. After all, you do need to fit into the team
• You think analytically and are a problem-solver, and you are a good sparring partner. Additionally, you have an eye for detail.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week, with reasonably flexible scheduling
• Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
• Proactive and independent – you take initiative without being asked
• No 9-to-5 mentality, but a good work-life balance
• Preferably living in Haarlem or the surrounding area

THE MUSTHAVES 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills
• Experience with inventory management and order management systems is a plus
• Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Hands-on mentality and affinity with e-commerce/fashion
